• - The acquisition of Comutel strengthens the Group’s positioning on the Serbian market and adds valuable competences in carrier-grade Systems Integration

- Introducing Managed Services

- TeleLink becomes the first vendor-independent company to win a major telecom outsourcing contract in Bulgaria, entering into a strategic partnership  with the country’s 1^st and leading mobile operator, M-tel of the Telekom Austria group

 

2008-2009

- Entering the Ukraine – the acquisition and successful integration of URT positions the Group on one of CEE’s largest markets for mobile network infrastructure services

  

2007

- TeleLink Group enters Serbia and Macedonia, with local subsidiaries kick-starting as prime turn-key contractors for the rollout of Telekom Austria’s VIP GSM networks

• - First steps towards international expansion – TeleLink Services Romania is kick-started as a prime turn-key contractor for the rollout of Romania’s 3^rd GSM network operator, Cosmote  

- 2^nd major mobile network rollout project launched – TeleLink is commissioned as a prime turn-key contractor for Bulgaria’s 3^rd GSM operator, Vivatel (Vivacom)

- TeleLink is recognized for its successful project implementations in the systems integration domain – the company is awarded by Cisco Systems Sliver Partner of the Year for CEE for 2004 and certified as a Gold Partner

 

2004

• - Effective launch of Systems Integration activities with major projects in the fields of both carrier- and enterprise-grade technologies implemented for incumbent telecom BTC (Vivacom) and the Bulgarian Government
