What we are looking for

Background and experience:

  • No background and experience are required

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Initial point of contact for resolving customer questions and issues according to Incident Management Procedures
  • A detailed description of the activities performed during the process of diagnosing and troubleshooting the incidents
  • Timely and detailed feedback to customers
  • Escalation to vendor support and other internal teams to ensure resolution of issues
  • Participate in company Integration projects as part of the implementation and support team
  • Work on shifts (including night shifts)
