Lubo Minchev is one of the founders of Telelink. After two leveraged buyout transactions, he became the majority shareholder of all the companies within the Telelink Group in 2012. For the last 20 years Lubo has been supporting more than 35 start-ups and scale-ups as investor, co-investor and mentor. Lubo actively participates in the business community of the country and is a board member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria since December 2017, founding partner and member of the Board of Directors at Endeavor Bulgaria, member of the board of the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria and a mentor and member of the advisory board of the Bulgarian Startup Association.
